Add: Option to display video avatar when player is speaking

Currently a player's selected video avatar only displays when they are not transmitting video. To enhance roleplay and in-game atmosphere, please create the option for the avatar image to display live when the player is actively speaking (perhaps when the interface picks up audio, as currently indicated visually by the sound input level animation.) Alternatively, there could be a mouse click and/or hotkey to do so, which the player could hold down to speak in character or release to transmit video normally when they are speaking out of character.
