Rightclick menu pops up when I left click

By the right click menu I mean in the new UI with the "ping everyone", "focus ping" etc. When I click on a token, right click on the token to edit something, move my pointer over the map, left click on the map to deselect the token I just edited. But instead of deselecting, that menu pops up, blocking whatever I want to do next. I have to left click on a different spot on the map again to deselect both the token and make the menu go away.  Samething happens when I switch to a different window (DM notes and such), when I come back, the first time I click anywhere, that menu pops up. What's the point of that menu anyway? Ping and focus ping can be done by simply holding down the mouse or holding down shift and ping

Hi Bowman C.,  I cannot think of any setting within Roll20 that turns the Left mouse button into the Right mouse button. I assume your mouse isn't normally switched and has a left and right button? (Not all do.) I suggest clearing cookies and cache, see if the problem continues.  Which browser are you using?  Regarding the point of the menu, there are lots of people who are unaware of the keyboard commands or holding mouse down, etc. Adding them to the menu has been considered by many to be a good move.

And it only happens once every time the aforementioned condition is met so I doubt it's a setting issue.

If you have cleared cookies and cache then my next suggestion would be to file a bug report with the Devs via the Help Center as the bug report forum is primarily for users helping users.

Bowman, I second Gauss' suggestion of a  Help Center Request , especially since this report has been repeated elsewhere. If you do, please try to include a  Console Log ( Chrome , Firefox ) with the report. It really helps the devs see what's going on.

Thanks for the help, but I guess I'll have to ask the 3rd party devs of the plugin if they would like to fix this
