Hello All! I'm looking to start a group to play *"Courts of the Shadowfey"* Bi-weekly on Saturdays ( 2024/02/03). Still workshopping the start time, but looking at 15:00-19:00 EST. Looking for 1-2 more players. I have potentially 5, but only 3 confirmed. I do have one player whose only interest is combat, and isn't comfortable with roleplay. So the number is more accurate to say 4 roleplay members. My plan is to have a one on one session with each player to flesh out backstory and ground them in the setting, as this campaign has a higher than usual level start. And then once the solo sessions are completed, we'll play a one-shot (or two!) with the characters and get the PC's and Players acquainted with each other. We'll be using Roll20 for maps, tokens, dice rolls, and character sheets. Discord will be our communication platform. Here's the pitch: "The Free City of Zobeck has thrived since overthrowing the tyrannical Stross family. But an ancient bargain gives the Queen of Night and Magic a claim to the city—and now the shadow fey have seized Zobeck as their own. The city’s only hope lies with a band of heroes who can outfight and outwit the shadow fey in the heart of their own realm: the maze of treachery and deceit that is the Courts of the Shadow Fey." This game is cool in that it uses Elitism as Villiany. So it focuses mostly on the social and political aspects of court life, with a resource called "prestige" that the party will need to manage if they're to have success. As a side note, player's will need to be comfortable with *in game* prejudice from the NPC's of the court. Real world prejudice will not be tolerated, nor included in the game. If this sounds good, head over to the game listing! Courts of the Shadow Fey LFG | Roll20: Online virtual tabletop
