Player Directory Contact Improvements

I was just searching through the player directory, which is something I don't do often mostly because I forget the option is there. I think the user interface needs to be improved. T he display page is seriously messed up.  User names and other information formatting is severely limited causing user names and other details to be very poorly displayed, jammed together and cut off. Currently contacting other users is seriously time consuming if one wanted to reach out to several people at once in an attempt to gather a group together.  There should be an option to select multiple users to send a group message to.  I understand an option like this could be abused by bad actors, however users do have the option of blocking users and a "report this message" button could be added to allow those bad actors to be locked out from group messaging for a period of time or permanently.  A "leave this group message" button could also be added for those who want to drop out from the conversation but still allow the others to continue to talk amongst themselves. I think this improvement would help those wanting to play lesser known game systems that tend to be overshadowed by the big players in the RPG business.
