I cannot see my own game listings.

In the attached image, you can see an active game listing and it's worked for the week prior as some have been able to find my game and show interest. But now when specifying the date and time, it outright cannot find my own game. Being able to view my own game worked as little at 3-4 days ago. Can someone explain what has happened? Even expanding the search to all of saturday doesn't reveal my game.

I found it immediately searching for D&D 5e and keywords "Vecna". 

At the time of this message I see my game and would you believe it front page!....but it wasn't on any page last night.  And, even though I can see my game on the front page of game listings, under a advanced search, I still cannot find my game! Ok, i was able to find my game. BUT I had to specify the game would be "weekly", "open to new players", "D&D 5E", "Saturday", "18:00 starting time".  EVEN AS I CHECKED THAT, the functionality worked just fine. Naturally performing a search didn't "shake anything loose" but in how the search feature worked, it really just acted like by searching enough times, it fixed itself.  I guess call it cleared but I definately could not find my game at the time this post was made, 100%  Any chance game listing takes about 1-2 hours after rescheduling it to see it on the game listing boards?  In summary The issue got fixed and it "behaved" better the more times I checked it. 

But now one of my other games isn't being listed....... I don't really know what i'm doing wrong to cause these delays in seeing the game in the game listings.

7, leaving room for 1. But if I did have 8 players, the game listing would of been disabled and would of shown that is was disabled on the left hand side right? Always create the listing to have 1 more person than you need. There is an issue with the reporting.  In one place it only counts players, not the game owner. In the other place it also counts the game owner.  I think that grey area between reporting requirements also means it won't show as disabled on the left side, but don't quote me on that.
