I was trying to free up space on my Roll20, it seemed like there was no way to free it up despite me deleting some maps. I checked my account and it says this. Free Space: -4671206.0 B

How to Clear Storage Quota
Hi Enderborn 7th! You say you deleted some maps, but not from where. Just in case: When freeing up space, deleting items from games won't do anything. You need to delete them from your art or audio library, and further, from the specific places in the libraries where the files reside. Here is some guidance on freeing up space .
Hi Enderborn 7th, If none of the guidance helps could you supply a screenshot of the right hand side of your account page , where it shows the storage limits? Note: please don't show the rest of the account page, we don't need to see that. :)

I've done it from the Art Library. At this point I just had to delete multiple things to keep under the 100 mbs.
And specifically from the "Recent Uploads" folder in your Art Library? In any case, it sounds like you have a problem with a weird reported negative value. You can try contacting the team in a Help Center Request . This might be the best next step.
