Descent into Avernus...missing monster pictures/tokens?

Hello - one things that drives me bonkers is when I pay for a campaign/module, and some of the monster icons have the monster name in a red icon, and no picture to show the players.  This feels very lazy.  However, I just purchased Avernus and after noticing this same problem with some of the monsters (Master of Souls, Fist of Bane as quick examples) I'm starting to wonder maybe I'm missing something obvious, like I'm missing additional content I could purchase or something. Any thoughts, answers, or suggestions?  Thanks!
It could be that there wasn't any art of the npc in the book or any of the monster supplements owned by WOTC.

Hi Stephen N.,  This is not a problem with Roll20, it is a problem with the product as published by it's publisher.  When a product has no image the (Roll20) conversion will also not have an image. Rather than having no token at all the conversion will have a generic pog with a name. Then the user can supply an image for it as desired.  Basically, Roll20 cannot create artwork to add to the product, that is on the publisher of the product.
OK thanks very much...I was pretty sure this was a WOTC issue, or a me issue (and not Roll20), and you both answered it.  cheers

It is worth noting that some publishers are still using a "pen and paper" concept of RPG publishing, where images were not as necessary as with the digital VTT age.
You can easily find images of creatures and characters online and use Tokentool to make new tokens, also!
