Races not appearing in D&D charactermancer

Race options are not appearing while making characters using the charactermancer. I have bought the PHB, so its not that

Have you confirmed that: A) The game is using the D&D 5e Compendium B) That the PHB is active on Compendium section of the settings page C) If you are not the creator of the game, that the creator has done those things and that they have turned on sharing for that game? Could you also identify if you are creating a character within a game (where sharing settings generally matter), or in Roll20 Characters (where they may not) Depending on sharing and compendium settings, a particular source may or may not be available within a specific game.

The game is using the compendium, So, it works on characters but not within the game. I'm the game runner and as far as I can see the settings are allowing sharing, I can see things from the PHB on other parts of the charactermancer. Content sharing is on, and its set to 5th edition character sheet default ( i set it to d&D 5th ed but it always switches back to character sheet default)
