I have been uploading animated maps for my campaign over the last two years. However, just recently, I am unable to upload a 7mb map now. I have plenty of storage space left and it doesnt matter which browser I use. The progress bar never moves (even if I wait 4+ hours). It just sits at no progress. This happens when I upload a Webm or MP4 file. Is this a new bug or has something changed I am not aware of?
