Cannot Open Handouts

I am running a few games and just noticed today that I am suddenly unable to open any of my Handouts. I click on the link and...nothing happens. I checked my other games in which I am a player, and it's the same thing there. Oddly, I then discovered that I CAN open the handouts that have NO picture associated with them, only text. But all the rest that have art with them--no dice.
We are having the same issue in our game.
Now i can't edit characters and monster

Also having this issue. It only started maybe within the last half hour to a hour ago. Doesn't matter the media type from personal uploaded to store bought, no handout with an image loads. EDIT: Also cannot edit characters and monsters

I've just discovered this as well and can confirm, but with an additional detail: the handouts in question are only ones that have an associated image attached; handouts without an attached image open just fine. Just a couple days ago this wasn't an issue. But today I go to work on interlinking some handouts and notice that I cannot open any handout with an image; only text-only handouts can be opened. I noticed this for my current campaign game, which has been running for more than four years. Just to see if it was a game issue or a Roll20 issue, I went to some past games, including one that was a purchased adventure where all the contents are made by Roll20, and the behavior was the same: in no case, could I open any handout with an embedded/attached image. My next session is on Saturday; hopefully you can find a workaround as this will have a strong negative impact on my players' ability to function. Handouts are key to this specific session. Update: I logged out of Chrome incognito and relogged back in to see if it was a cache issue but the behavior is the same. On another note, when I googled Roll20, I notice the results were odd (see cap below). My language setting is for English but as you can see, there is non-English text there. I see French and kanji, so am guessing Chinese. Not a related issue and not one I care about particularly. But just another something to indicate that something's up with Roll20.
My media and assets are gone at the moment as well, including Marketplace purchases
yeah I'm having the same issue, can't edit to give my players editing powers to use their sheets Happening on the Call of Cthulhu Sheet for me. Without images it works fine. with images it doesn't work.
Same issue here ... cant open any of the pages or handouts with images on them. Currently in the middle of running a D&D game and cant even reopen the adventure itself ... even after restarting chrome and rebooting PC.
It's definitely an issue on their end, I just don't know what or how. You'd think if it was another DDoS we wouldn't be able to post on the site
Howdy folks! We're looking into this right now! Standby for updates
Yeah it sounds like something involving a specific server as much of the system still functions, just not specific aspects of it. Hope they can fix it soon as I am trying to run a game right now. :/

I feel somewhat better knowing that they are at least aware of it and working on the issue. :)
Okay, this should be fixed for games that AREN'T using Jumpgate. Please refresh your games and try again! Clearing your browser's Cache may be helpful in getting it working too- h ere you can find instructions for clearing your cache in Chrome and Firefox .
For me, I can open all my Characters but only Handouts without pictures.
Aaaand the Jumpgate fix is live as well. Please refresh your pages and try again! If that doesn't work, you may need to clear your browser's Cache. Let me know if you're still running into troubles, and we'll keep investigating!
Whatever you did fixed it for my game. Can confirm this is working now. Thanks so for the quick fix!
Fixed. Thanx a lot Katie!
Fixed, ty!
Hello, today I'm having the same Issue, just cleaned the cache but I cannot open the handouts
Hey folks, We're aware this bug has cropped back up and are working to correct it as soon as we can. Sorry for the trouble!
keep us posted drespar
ok good, not just me then. I was really scared for a moment. Hope we can play our game on Friday!
Have the same problem with handouts but also maps have old lauout (Page Toolbar) instead of new type with folders.
Same here...Thanks for working on it Drespar!
i noticed its only handouts with uploded pictures, idk if thats the same for everyone though
Yes same here, handouts with pictures won't open
Same here, handouts open ONLY when they have no picture. If a link exists to a given handout with picture, when clicking the link, instead of opening the handout, system goes to link URL (example: http://journal.roll20.net/handout/-NqK4-zNWkiMKMWkcj_1 ) and URL error is displayed with blank page in background, forcing to press "back" to come back to Roll20.
Hey all, this should be resolved again now. As mentioned previously. You may need to refresh the browser and clear your cache for the fix to fully work. If you have any continued issue, please feel free to write in to Roll20.net/help!
Adding on to this.. Handouts with Images aren't opening and messing with anything linked to them

works, thank you!
It's not working again. I cleared my cache and tried on two separate computers.
