I've just discovered this as well and can confirm, but with an additional detail: the handouts in question are only ones that have an associated image attached; handouts without an attached image open just fine. Just a couple days ago this wasn't an issue. But today I go to work on interlinking some handouts and notice that I cannot open any handout with an image; only text-only handouts can be opened. I noticed this for my current campaign game, which has been running for more than four years. Just to see if it was a game issue or a Roll20 issue, I went to some past games, including one that was a purchased adventure where all the contents are made by Roll20, and the behavior was the same: in no case, could I open any handout with an embedded/attached image. My next session is on Saturday; hopefully you can find a workaround as this will have a strong negative impact on my players' ability to function. Handouts are key to this specific session. Update: I logged out of Chrome incognito and relogged back in to see if it was a cache issue but the behavior is the same. On another note, when I googled Roll20, I notice the results were odd (see cap below). My language setting is for English but as you can see, there is non-English text there. I see French and kanji, so am guessing Chinese. Not a related issue and not one I care about particularly. But just another something to indicate that something's up with Roll20.
