Hi Soramus,  Legacy Lighting is still available for Roll20, but it is unsupported and may be unstable. Additionally, it is completely phased out in the Jumpgate beta test, so if you are testing Jumpgate it won't be present there.  To access Legacy Lighting click the Page Toolbar, then click the settings cog for the page you want to change. Click Dynamic Lighting tab then scroll down to the bottom to find the Legacy Lighting switch.  With that said, I don't recommend using it. It is getting progressively buggier.
I believe there has recently been a stealth update, which has eliminated the option for Legacy Dynamic Lighting in newly-created games. The process described above is no longer available in new games, although there is still a banner telling you how to convert to UDL.

I can confirm that it does not seem to be available on recently-created games.
Hi Soramus -- Back when we released the Jumpgate beta, we made this change for newly created games (even non-Jumpgate games) to help mitigate issues when Jumpgate leaves beta later this year.   We definitely weren't very clear about this in the (very long) Change Log notes for the Jumpgate Beta release, so I've gone ahead and amended that Change Log with a new entry: In addition, Legacy Dynamic Lighting is no longer available for newly created games -- old games and modules remaining in the classic system can continue to use Legacy Dynamic Lighting until Jumpgate leaves Beta later this year. Hopefully that clears things up.  And remember, Legacy Lighting will not be available at all once Jumpgate leaves beta, so we strongly recommend moving to the modern Dynamic Lighting system as soon as you can.
