[D&D5E] Question on Abilities and Attributes for fresh Character Sheets that are not imported to any games

I am making a character sheet with every tick checked (everything that would show up in Attributes and Abilities when used) so that I can then sort them in a nicer fashion - but the Attributes and Abilities tab does not show up for me in the actual page outside of any games. Is this intentional, or should I have access to those areas? (Additional clarification - The character sheet was created via roll20/tools/characters (previously vault)/D&D/ and then pressing "Edit sheet directly")

When would that tab show up for you outside of games, and what are you hoping to do with it ? (I'm not saying it shouldn't, it sounds like ou are using the sheet in a way I'm not familiar with so I am seeking information.) Probably the main thing: Never, ever use the Attributes list on te Attributes & Abilities list, if you are using a character sheet. It's order cannot be controlled (the order will be reset on each refresh), many stats will never show up there (repeating sections and autocalc attributes), and very rarely, if you mess with attributes there, they can be corrupted. It is an onsolete feature, dating back to the time before character sheets existed and then the early days of sheets, when they were much less complex than they are now. There are situations where you might add an attribute to the list, but this should only be for attributes you know are also not in the character sheet. Generally, it's best to ignore it completely.
what are you hoping to do with it ? Literally just organizing it, it's a pita to add new ones only for me to later on check something that adds 50 more attributes after my added ones, and I have to drag individual ones across those 50+ new things just to sort it again, so, I pressed all the checks to spawn all the attributes, then sorted em. In the games I've played, it never seemed to reset its order, thankfully. Nor have I managed to corrupt any (that I am aware of).
I am about finished now, actually. Made a private game to add the character in to, and have been sorting since, fun..
I copied the character I edited in my priv world and transferred it onto the game I am playing in, and the sorting saved =D
