Neverwinter in Flames The year is 1442. The city of Neverwinter has recently suffered an undead invasion, but luckily, brave heroes managed to prevent the worst from happening. With many people dead or displaced from their homes, the Jewel of the North has persevered. Unfortunately, this is not the end of the problems that the city faces. The death of the Grand Duke´s only remaining heir created unease amongst the nobility. Some started to question his ability to govern. The undead invasion happened under his watch. Furthermore, he made an evil pact with the wererat abominations that forced the people to refer to these vile creatures as “ratfolk” now, even allowing them to roam the streets of the fair city uncontested. The recent spree of murders is their doing, no doubt. Some people think that the Grand Duke may be unfit to rule, but who would rule Neverwinter should something happen to him? The city is in turmoil that it has not seen in decades, at least. Not to mention the horrors that emerge from the ancient catacombs underneath the city… This is a DnD Grand Campaign where player choices matter. The combination of a large, sprawling dungeon under the city and the social intrigue on the surface allows the players to influence the pacing of each session directly. Will the group support the Grand Duke? Or will they only try to profit from the misfortunes of the city? As a DM with 7 years of experience, I am looking for 1 player for regular weekly sessions on Sunday Afternoon (14:00 GMT+2 Berlin Time) . Players of all skill levels are welcome to apply! I use a combination of Discord (audio-only) and Roll20 in order to play.
