NPC Sizing

Monsters no longer come out the size they are supposed to be, is there a way to correct that ?
For that matter it doesn't seem to be adding in their ac and hp anymore either.

Hi Mindless Calm! I am assuming you are using the D&D 5th Edition by Roll20 Sheet. This answer may not help if something else is the case. Are these fresh compendium drags of monster which do not yet exist in your game? That would be a less common issue. The most common cause is setting up a default token on a page that does not have a cell width of 1. Check your page settings, if necessary, create such a page. Drag out your misbehaving monster on that page, size it properly, and then save that as the default token for the monster. It should come out properly scaled to whatever page scale you have set elsewhere.
Yes, it's a fresh drag. The tokens also no longer show the hp and ac which is odd. Would a faulty page setting make that happen as well ?

until recently I didn't need to change or do anything extra to get the proper sizes and hp/ac from the compendium drags.

Do you have similar issues when dragging a token from the journal tab? Or just compendium drags for which there is no identically-named character already in the game?
