Hi FrogHat,  Could you please provide additional information?  Some info that could help: which character sheet are you using? If you don't know the name a screenshot would help.  Is this in the game or in Roll20 Characters?  Is this in regular Roll20 or Jumpgate?  Which browser are you using?

Which 5e character sheet? There are 7. (I expect the D&D 5e by Roll20 character sheet, but just making sure.) Also, could you provide details of your build?  When is it hanging?

Sorry for the slow replies my internet is dying right now. The 5e by Roll20 yes! It's a dragonborn paladin, and its just not doing anything after I hit continue with charactermancer! Like I hit it and the bar doesn't move at all :(

Please supply all choices you are making with your character. Each and every step. No choice should be missed.  I may be able to find out which choice is messing things up. Then you can avoid that choice and add it manually.
