Unique Card Backs

Is it possible to create a deck with unique backings on each card? There are games like Elder Sign where the monster tokens all unique backs for flavor text and sometimes with important instructions to do with them.

At this time it is not possible unless the API can perform that function, that I know of.
I was afraid of that, are there any decent workarounds in that case?

None that I heard of for individual card backs.

If I were doing Elder Sign or Arkham Horror, I'd probably put both the front and back on the face, possibly with the back upside down so you can represent turning it over by rotating it 180º. I wrote an API script for Keiss a while back that handled that problem for Betrayal at House on the Hill (where the back tells you which part of the house you can play the tile in) by replacing the card with a token when the card was played on the table. You could do something similar with the monster cards, and then have a button to flip them to another side by changing the graphic. (or use a rollable table token for each card and select the face).

When I did the monsters for Arkham Horror I put the backs of the cards in as journal entries that anyone can see. I also made a pretty cool API script for handling rolls. bless/curse, and moving sliders. It plays much easier now. I would be interested in seeing that API script for Betrayal. I have been wondering how to handle the mansion tiles

Speaking of Arkham Horror that is a game I've been itching to try out.

It's quite fun, particularly if you aren't playing with a bunch of solo minded players. =D
That is if I can find a group to play it with.
