Errors Loading/Creating Games

Hi everyone, We are actively investigating and working to resolve issues regarding error messages that users are receiving when attempting to create or access their games. As soon as we have more information to offer we will let you know! Example of the error modal:

Hi again folks! This issue should be fixed up for the immediate and most games loading back up again. We are still seeing reports and have reproduction that this is still persisting for games restored from cold storage. However newly created games or games that have not entered cold storage should function as normal. We are continuing to investigate after getting this resolved so as to prevent further occurrences in the future. If you continue to have issues, please feel free to send a support ticket via Roll20.net/help Edit: Correction as we located ongoing issues with games restored from cold storage. Edit 2: For games restored from cold storage it seems the issue is only present upon initial load. Exiting the game then loading the game again should cause it to properly populate. We are still continuing to investigate this issue to improve this experience as well as avoid the larger issue that occurred entirely.
