Charactermancer not populating character background options

Can anyone help me out here? I have 'share compendium' and "Phandelver and Below" selected, but my players are still not able to see anything other than "Acolyte" whenever they are ready to choose a background.

Hi DEVILUTION! Does Phandelver and Below contain any new backgrounds? The only general compendium info I see is for some monsters and magic items. To see anything more than the Acolyte background granted by the free material in the SRD (System Reference Document), requires some sort of purchase, Typically the Players Handbook for the base options. Some modules, such as Curse of Strahd (with Haunted One ), do contain a new background or two, but this does not seem to be the case with Phandelver and Below.

Ahh, I assumed that the basic rules and options would simply be available.  I will look into the purchase of the PHB on roll20.  I have all of the hardcovers IRL.  Thanks.  I will report back with an update, shortly.
