Advanced D&D 1e character sheet that does not show the players save and to hit targets.

In the original players handbook the save and to hit targets were not listed; that was info only the DM had. Is there a way to remove these from the Advanced D&D 1e character sheet?
I found the source, I'll try editing it as a custom sheet.

Hi Christopher. Saves only show what the character has as a base according to their class/level and any misc adjustments (racial, class, gear, etc.)  The roll will show a success/fail only vs that adjusted base.  Each roll includes a query that can adjust the roll +/- which can accommodate circumstances requiring the roll. The DM decides what the actual threshold for success is and can rule accordingly. Attacks only roll a d20 plus mods. It is up to the DM to decide if the attack roll was a hit or not given the players do not know the AC of their foes. The Attack Matrix (or THAC0 ) vs AC table is only shown to the GM as a whisper in chat with the attack. Cheers
Thanks for replying. The base save was in the DMG for first edition but not in the player's handbook so players did not even know their base save targets. I am just going to remove those sections and the sheet will work for me.
