They are in the game, they can type in the chat/send messages and they have access to their character sheet. That said, I cannot see their name at the bottom of the window. Some players do show up, but others do not.
Hi Patrick, I suggest filing a bug report with the Devs via the Help Center . Please let them know that this is via Integrated Voice/Video. Also, let them know if you are in a Jumpgate game or a regular game. In the meantime, I recommend trying the Legacy WebRTC, see if that works for your group.
Hi Folks, The Devs have restarted the Integrated V/V server. Please perform a hard refresh (Ctrl+R or Ctrl+F5 usually) and check to see if you are still having an issue (when you can grab one or more of your players to test). Please post if this has resolved things or if there is still a problem.
