Peter's Forge Spell Templates Question

I recently purchased Peter's Forge Spell Templates for my DM so that all of us playing would be able to have them to use for the modules we are playing. We are newer to the Roll20 space and cannot figure out how to add it to the module for everyone to use. Is this something that is not possible, or are we just not understanding how this works in the Roll20 space? I would appreciate any help in this. Everytime the DM goes to an area to add content to the module, it just pulls up the other modules that he has available, does everyone just need to purchase them if we want to use them?

HI Stuve,  Unless I am mistaken those are art library artwork. You then need to make the template as per the instructions in the product. 

Thank you Gauss, I will try to figure out the coding for templates and send the info to my DM. Bunch of us old guys trying to play with friends across the country since we are all spread out now.

I assume you are referencing this product ? If you scroll down the images, at the very bottom is an image with instructions on it.
