Looking to DM a pathfinder adventure path. Thursday nights at 9pm EST.

So I am looking to start DMing a pathfinder adventure path. While I haven't pick which one just yet, I do know I want to play it Thursday nights at about 9pm EST. I have DMed a few times in real life but never online or on roll 20, so the first couple of session might be a bit rough. Character details: · Start at level one · 20 point buy · Starting gold half or roll if you request · All pazio races and classes allowed, but the stranger the race/class the more backstory I want. o Little story needed for a human fighter, but I more if you want to play a ratman, a gunslinger, etc... House rules: · Max health at level 1 plus con score and at level 2 max hp plus con bonus. After that roll for hp, reroll 1s. · 1 race trait, 1 campaign trait, and 1 other trait · Athletics covers climbing and swimming as well. · No evil characters · I don't do exp, the group will level every 2-4 sessions. It's just easier for everyone. · Everyone gets one additional skill point but it can only be spent in craft, knowledge or profession, for role playing. · I will probably limit the more game breaking spells (wish/teleport/scry/fly/etc...) · I might make more but this is it for now. If you want to join, just post: · Rough character idea (Wizard, cleric, witch, etc..) · Any experience you might have with P&P and PF. · Any pathfinder adventure paths you might have played · If you prefer more linear or open ended stories. · Any questions or anything I missed. Hey, posting interest. Character idea: prefer to choose whatever fits the party best, usually atypical characters with moderateish backstory Experience: medium Adventure paths played: none yet Story: fine with whatever
I too am interested. I've been thinking up a paladin character as of late, but a paladin that sort of deviates from the regular ultra-hardheaded pious human. As for my experience, I fairly new to table-top games. In total, I've only played five games of Pathfinder, all of them one-shots, but I have a good grasp on the rules. I prefer more open-ended games, though, from what I have played. But if the game is linear, I'm good with that as well.
Hmm, i would have to get up very early to play that time due to timezone but it could be worth it. I like clerics for some odd reason so I would play one of those. Deity, domains and background depends on which AP. I might play a dwarf if it fits the area. I got about 6 months worth of pathfinder experience. Only AP i've played at all is the start of carrion crown. We got halfway through part one when a tpk ended the adventure. I guess all AP's are linear to some extent but i think i would prefer the ones with a bit of leeway allowing for improvised sidequests.
I'm interested as well. Elf Magus (perhaps a Mordant Spire or Ekujae Elf) Experience: Medium (I currently GM a homebrew Shackles campaign on Wed evenings) Adv Paths: None yet (I have borrowed from Skull & Shackles) Story: I'm open and the house rules are fine.
Posting for interest :D Character Idea: A Half-Elf Oracle Experience: Small Adventure paths played: None atm Story: prefer open ended stories but will do with anything you have :D
Really interested: Character Idea: Dwarven Fighter Experience: Some, had a few one shot games Adventure paths: None Story: Open ended is always good but some sort of direction helps
EDIT: Sorry, actually derped on the day realizing I'm busy. XP
I'm interested · Half-Elf Summoner or Human Rogue (both interest me quite a bit) · PF, one session that lasted two months (I was a Summoner then), but I've read a ton into the rules · No adventure paths · I prefer DM guidance, but options to go other routes · The rest sounds pretty good
7 should be more then enough. I will try to get the game up today and send out invites.
I'm interested in joining. I can bring in a Wizard or a Fighter. I have moderate experience with both Pathfinder and 3.5 D&D and can bring a decent backstory for I have Roleplayed for most of my life before even picking up a tabletop book.
Interested I have played games of savage worlds, pathfinder, dnd 3.5e & 4e off and on for the past several(5) years I have an idea for a human rogue, but willing to fill for the parties needs as well. I have not played an adventure path before I actually like linear and open ended pretty equally, I think they both have their merits. Linear feels a little more directed to me with less random stuff going on, so I would probably say I prefer it.
Interested, would make a Druid or Cleric, it will depend on the party composition I did one game a few months ago until I fell ill and had to drop out, and a few one shots. Not the smartest player around but I know some stuff. Never done an adventure path before I am good either way with linearity or open ended stories Question, will there be voice chat or just typing?
