Blind accessibility?

I have a friend who is blind and wants to get into dnd5e. Are there any accessibility features that could help him navigate his character sheet? Things like text to speech when clicking on stats so he can hear modifiers and make attack rolls and so on.
I am visually impaired and mainly use screen magnification. Zoom text magnifier plus reader to be specific. However,  I find that using the pop out feature for character sheets and monster descriptions etc helps. using the screen reader there works pretty well. That way you can also alt plus tab onto those separate windows instead of trying to search around the main game window for borderless dialog boxes..
