Hi DnDPlay20! This is a common refrain, unfortunately. Being a third party add on that tries to coordinate two different services, it is highly prone to breakage. The best place to report this would be to the script writer. Unfortunately, I have no idea who that is now. The original writer was Robin Kuiper, who has been absent from the boards for 5 years or so.
Well, I plan on switching fully to Roll20 once the character sheets come out anyway, but we're making due for now. Still, some sort of import tool in the character vault would rock (not the place, I know). Thanks for the response though, Keith!
If i remember correctly it was a nightmare to keep up with dndbeyonds constant changing of the sheet and json data that the script became unmanageable.
