Compendiums not sharing

I don’t know if this has been posted. When my players join and try to create a character they can’t use the compendiums I own. I set the game with sharing on and double checked the ones I was sharing. Is there something else I need to allow?

Hi Burrabus, do you know if they are trying to create a character in Roll20 Characters, or inside your game with a blank character sheet that you (the GM) initially created for them? Try the second. As GM go under Journals and create blank chracters, and assign them to the Player(s).
We just tested this and YES the OWNER must make the sheet to solve the problem.
