The Holds of Arieya NEED HEROES!!!

This will be a bi-weekly game, running Tuesday & Thursday from 3:00 PM Mountain time to 5-6-ish Mountain time its gonna be a long running Campaign, so buckle up! The Land of Arieya is in turmoil, a new government in the Islands of the East threatens to overturn ageless laws, the West has been wracked with war for 1200 years, & the Holds & lands live in fear of what will happen next. Magic, once looked upon as the Epitome of power, has been tarnished over the ages to a mark of contempt. Even as this occurs, a far away empire reaches for the land with a greedy desperate grasp. This world needs heroes, but in this world, they will not be welcomed, they will be scorned, they will be cast out, & in the end, they may have to die alone. Welcome to my world. A little about me; My name is Michael, I am a MASSIVE NERD, I've got experience running several campaigns, but this would be my first real home-brew. Some of you may know me from the SUPER-CAMPAIGN flop a while back, (my mom died & I needed some time) I tried to run a campaign with 3 separate groups, but it fell apart. TO APPLY!! I prefer 18+ players, but can work easily with younger. YOU NEED TO BE A ROLE-PLAYER, NOT A ROLL-PLAYER ( the difference is that a ROLL-player plays to level up & kill stuff, the ROLE-player plays for the STORY & TO KILL STUFF!) I need at least 1 girl in this one. I've had more girls than guys in the past, & their presence adds a new perspective, & keeps things appropriate. (sometimes.) That means that there are 4 slots for Gentlemen OR Ladies, but one that is reserved for AT LEAST 1 GIRL. Write your REAL NAME, REAL AGE, (seriously If you're 14, say you're 14, i'm not gonna rule you out b/c of that, you just might be more mature than the 18 year old.) Preferred class, & why you're a good pick for this campaign, MOST PEOPLE WILL BE ACCEPTED!! I just want to see that you're willing to put thought into things not "I wuz Frst, pik Me PLZ!!" Why I am a good choice, for this campaign: 1) I am available for the times listed, and am extremely reliable. I am hoping for a long campaign, it allows me to get to know my character more completely.. 2) Altho I do like to make a strong character, I am a roleplayer 1st. I enjoy heavy roleplay campaigns, and do not mind going whole sessions without combat. 3) This seems like it might be a dark, difficult campaign. Where the heroes are not treated as such, and have a decent chance of dying. I enjoy realism, and understand that characters die. I would love to talk to you more about the campaign, if you are interested. I hope to hear from you soon.
