Is there a way of pulling the player's view to a location specified by GM?

I'm not sure if this is the right forum, if not feel free to move this :)

I have a bad habit of making my maps "start" in odd locations. I'm also a big fan of using the dynamic lighting, so my players often get "lost" when we goto a new page, or they have to refresh the page (or just plain old crappy ISPs).

I'm wondering if there is a way for me (the GM) to "pull" the players view to the location of the player tokens?

Yes there is. When you click and ping (hold the button down) it just creates the ring but if you hold shift key when you ping, it pulls everyone's view to that area.
