roll20 discord integration destroying account?

Hi, today we were excited to try the discord integrated version of roll20 to do our campaign and make it more accessible to some of our online players that are mobile only. However, when the DM attempted to log in to their account and pull up the game, only to run into an error and closed the activity, but when they reopened the activity it showed them with a new account and all of the previous account information was gone. Sure enough, on my end the game the DM created was completely inaccessible and that seems to indicate the account was deleted and replaced with a new one. Is there any way to revert this change and recover the original account? It has been pretty devastating for everyone involved since characters that were not backed up were purged with the game and few people seem to have the energy to recreate the character sheets and assets.
Here is the account that was deleted when the DM attempted to use the roll20 discord activity: https://app.roll20.net/users/13030455/deleted And this is the account that was generated when they used the roll20 discord activity for a second time: https://app.roll20.net/users/13746112/drayx

Hi Henri T., For account related questions you should contact the Roll20 staff. You can do that via the Help Center as this is primarily a community help forum.
There have been issues mentioned here in the forum of users been logged out of Roll20 and after signing back in again, they saw completely different games from ANOTHER ACCOUNT... According to the Devs they have fixed it, but reading this reminds me of it... I'm not sure, so follow what Gauss said, TheMarkus I don't think this report points to the same error as logging you into someone's account. You see, the Discord Activity is capable of starting a fresh new blank Roll20 account, that's the catch here. This is for people on Discord who try Roll20 for the first time ever. It gives them a login. Otherwise it would be a turn-off to Discord users to be told they need to open a seperate web browser to get a login, just to try the Activity in discord. I believe (could be wrong, but it looks like maybe) Henri's DM was briefly logged-in to their real Roll20 account, and then temporarily entered the new-fresh account automatically generated. At no point was Henri's DM logged into another existing user's account. If true this still doesn't resolve Henri's question or the technical issue, but, it looks to me like it's not a risk to other user's accounts. I do hope that Henri's DM's original account was not actually deleted. That would be a big deal if so. I think it's possible that Henri's DM's original account simply had the DISPLAY NAME deleted, and it can be retyped, after the DM logs in on the web with their original Login/PW. The Roll20 Help Center will have to steer that process.
