Character Mancer Freezing

Hey! Every time I try to create a character using Charactermancer, it either freezes and doesn't let me click on the drop down or it does not progress forward with the other options. I want to create a homebrew character using the charactermancer, but it does not let me. Does anyone know why this is happening? I try to refresh and create a new character in character mancer and it keeps doing the same thing. 

Hi Julio E.,  Which specific options are you using? Step by step, every option please.  Have you tried changing the options to something else?

It will freeze at different parts. In race, I will choose custom race and then I go one by one through the options and when I get to proficiencies and choose language, it will freeze. It wont let me pick a language, or press next.  Sometimes, it will let me get through and then will freeze and do the same thing when I get to class and press custom. 

Which browser are you using?  Have you tried Incognito or Private mode? 

I am using Chrome. I have not tried incognito. I will try now. 

Please let me know what happens.  If that fails I could still use exact settings on the character up to the point it breaks. Every step, choice, etc.

Google Chrome Incognito still did not work. I was able to do it on Safari, but it still froze about 2 times. The solution would be to simply continue refreshing the page and it randomly starts to work. It seems to only happen when you are adding your proficiencies. 

Alright, next step in troubleshooting:  Does this happen in a game? If you do not have a game please create one, then go into it and create a character.
