I don't use them and I feel they might allow my players to cheat somehow. How do I disable these things? I checked game settings to no avail. I must be missing something obvious. thx in advance.
Players have no control over Mods (API) scripts. Everyone has access to macros, especially the Character Sheets, which can define Roll Templates to suit the game system. If you could disable macros, everything would break.
