Continuing issues with Charactermancer not registering certain features

I have had issues for months with the charactermancer not allowing me to select which attribute to increase or additional spell to add when a feat allows for it. Today (09/18/24) have also had issues with the dropdown menu for ability score selection not allowing me to choose any option other than custom. I have purchased both the PHB and the DMHB along with most of the other available source material. I have looked through the forums and attempted solutions offered to people with similar issues but have not had any luck.

I can add to this that one of our players was having issues when trying to amend their character with not being able to select skills with expertise and it hanging as well.

I just straight up can't create characters anymore without a series of issue of classes not loading, ability score not showing up, had to postpone a game because of it

Hello! New here to Roll20, and I'm having a similar issue with character creation. I was nearly finished, the only thing left to do was to select my Cantrips & Spells. However, I don't have any Cantrips or Spells to choose from... The drop down that says Choose only gives one option, which says "Choose" 🥲
