Separate DnD from the rest

I don't think it's unfair to say that DnD (all editions and Pathfinder) EASILY out number everything else. Maybe there should be two sub folders in looking for group? So someone can look for all posted game by clicking on 'looking for group' superfolder or just look for DnD games (DnD 1-4ed, and Pathfinder) by clicking on 'DnD' subfolder or everything else. 'Other RPG' subfolder
Not a horrible idea, other RPG's get over taken in a day or two,
There will be some overhauls to Looking for Group methods in the coming month. Hang with us for a bit longer.
While D&D may out number the rest, to pack "everything else" into a single "Other RPG" folder is a poor idea. There is (and will be) enough interest in non-D&D RPGs to warrant custom sections for more than just D&D. I would even say that separating out Pathfinder from D&D would be smart. Then perhaps having "Other Fantasy RPGs", "Sci-Fi", "Modern", "Horror", "Superhero" and then "Other RPGs" might be the way to go.
At the same time, separating these divisions eliminates the possibility of people seeing something outside their norm that they may be interested in.
The current "Looking for group" is like the discount DVD bin at a Big Box Store, all randomly thrown in, and when someone comments on a message that is 2 months old it goes to the top of the pile. Without any organization, it is difficult to find a specific game to play, especially as D&D listings swamp the board, but even if you WANT to play a D&D game, many of the posters don't list the version of D&D they want to run/play in the header, or even sometimes, in their post.

But it's still in it's starting days. And the non-DnD game I believe are not numerous enough to have a bunch of different section (hopefully it will soon enough) I'd make that the starting cut at DnD: y/n. And then split it more as needed. And I agree with Tommy alot.
