Why is the Github PF2e Sheet is an Outdated Version?

I was looking into making some minor changes to the Pathfinder Second Edition Sheet to upload as a custom sheet for personal use (as I am not looking to work on improving it or anything just change a small thing for homebrew purposes) but when I went to Github to download the files it was version 3.09 while the current sheet used on Roll 20 is version 4.99. Does anyone know why the sheet is different or where I can get my hands on the current version? Thanks

Is the version on roll20 a By Roll20 sheet? It's possible it started out as an independent, community sheet, then bought by Roll20 or Pathfinder and made the original sheet. In which case, the modern version would have its code hidden (By Roll20 sheets are not on github, because they aren't editable by just anyone), but the last version of the community sheet was left available for people to use. That's just a supposition.
If that is the case then that is unfortunate, especially since the PF2e sheet is the only PF2e sheet on roll20... But honestly, now that I know that happens, I do see that as the most likely scenario. I guess I will have to figure out how to work around it...
