Never Rolling Advantage game keeps rolling with Advantage

Hello - I'm running Turn of Fortune's Wheel for D&D, and for some reason every attack and skill check rolls with Advantage. I tried going into the game settings and making sure the game was set to 'never roll with advantage' and it's still doing it. I tried this a few days ago and thought it might take awhile to kick in, but no luck, it's still happening. I'm looking for any other settings that might control advantage but not finding anything. Has anyone else had a similar issue?  Thanks for reading. 

Hi Brian W.,  If you go to the My Settings tab (in game, top right corner) and click that, then go to Miscellaneous and click that you should find Apply Default Settings.  Click that and then checkmark the change you want to make.  Apply, and then WAIT for the nearly hidden bar to complete.  Hopefully that will make the desired change, but there is a bug that sometimes prevents it from taking effect.
