Hi all, hoping to get some assistance here :-) We're playing with D&D Beyond and using Roll20 for the maps and game advancement through Beyond20. I created character tokens for the party, and when I drag them to a map (any map) as the GM, they appear to be working well. When I rejoin as a player and test them, the token appears on the map as just a blank outline (e.g., no character art). When I switch back to GM mode, it's there in perfect shape. Do you have any idea what could be causing it? I gave all the players, including myself, permission on the token. I'm adding two screenshots in the hope it makes it clearer.
