Pathfinder 2 - Token not showing HP

So in the Paramater part of my game, I chose the PAthfinder 2 character sheet. It comes with some default option for Tokens to show HP and AC. The problem is, I don't see these values in my game. So I tried to tweek a bit by putting hit_points in every field of the bar 2 and hit_points_max on bar 3. And that still not work. So I try to see If I can set it manually in at east one Token and realise that the characteristic drop down menu have a hit_points but not a hit_points_max (I guess that hit_points_max is a calculated field or something like that) Anyway, I would like to have, by default, for all token, the current HP shown on the Red dot, the Max HP on the green dot ans the AC on the blue one. Anyone know how to fix this ?
Why do you want them to be on the separate bars? The max value of Hit_points is equal to Hit_points_max and you can access the max value with @{character|Hit_points|max} - but if you just link hit_points to a bar, it automatically sets the max (if one is assigned in the sheet) as the max bar value and you should see the bar displayed.
OK, So I made some more tests. If i keep the values by default on the game parameter, I can take a monster from the compendium and drag it to the table, it will work perfectly with HP and AC shown. But if I create a character sheet, set its HP and move the character sheet to the game, the token created will not show any of this. I also tried to drag and drop a monster from the compendium to a character sheet and then to drag the fully configured sheet to the table, the token doesn't show HP...

Not every token is preconfigured -- and certainly not for your own characters. Once you drag it to the game board, you have to configure the token to have the proper links for the bars (or, for a mook token, put in the proper starting bar values), then you can update the default token on the character sheet so that the next time you drag the token to the board it *will* be preconfigured. When you drag a character to the board and it doesn't show the bars, check the token's configuration: -- make sure the token has the proper attribute links -- make sure that the linked attributes actually have a value that you've entered for the current and max (i.e. a value you entered, not a default -- those don't actually record that default value in firebase, so there's nothing for the bars to display)
