This is not a bug, repositioning player portraits is a feature of Integrated Voice and Video. This is not true. In my non-Jumpgate games, I can literally still move the portraits around and have them anchored in position with no issue. That is not my experience. Assuming you are the GM, please go to the My Settings tab and then click on Audio & Video. Check which mode you are using. In Legacy (non-Jumpgate) "None" does not give me the ability to move the portrait, and hasn't ever done so. Edit: To clarify, this is the Chat Tech setting which only the GM has access to. Not the "Others can hear or see" or "I can hear or see" sections which also have a "None" in them. Chat Tech has the following three options: "Integrated Voice & Video", "Legacy Roll20 WebRTC", and "None". If you are still able to reproduce this could you supply a screenshot of your game, with the My Settings tab set to Voice & Video and also showing your Portrait? Thanks in advance. So I realized that I was not using none, I was using the legacy roll20 voice option because the newer/integrated one does not display the entirety of the character names and I had my players include their passive perception, insight, and investigation scores along with their names in their roll20 name. So I was using roll20 legacy voice setting which would display full names as well as give the ability to move the character display around but the "none" option does not.
