Jumpgate, Setting Chat Tech to none no longer allows players and DMs to move the character/account portraits to new locations on the screen.

Repro: 1) Open a game with players using integrated voice and video. 2) Attempt to move character/account portraits around (note that they can be moved) 3) Switch over chat tech to "none" in Audio/Video chat. 4) Attempt to reposition portraits Result Portraits can no longer be moved. Expected Player and DM functionality to move/reposition portraits to help with gameplay and quality of life.
Agreed.  Default portrait location can be a problem in some games and the ability to reposition player portraits is a necessary function for gameplay.  Function appears to have been removed from both Jumpgate and Legacy.

The Audio/Video option "None" never had the ability to reposition player portraits. This is not a bug, repositioning player portraits is a feature of Integrated Voice and Video.

Assuming you are the GM, please go to the My Settings tab and then click on Audio & Video. Check which mode you are using.  In Legacy (non-Jumpgate) "None" does not give me the ability to move the portrait, and hasn't ever done so.  Edit: To clarify, this is the Chat Tech setting which only the GM has access to. Not the "Others can hear or see" or "I can hear or see" sections which also have a "None" in them.  Chat Tech has the following three options: "Integrated Voice & Video", "Legacy Roll20 WebRTC", and "None".  If you are still able to reproduce this could you supply a screenshot of your game, with the My Settings tab set to Voice & Video and also showing your Portrait? Thanks in advance.

Yup, that is correct behavior.  Integrated: can move the player image, does not have wrap-around text for names etc. (truncates names) Legacy: can move the player image, has wrap-around text for names etc. None: cannot move the player image, has wrap-around text for names etc.

I cannot replicate this behaviour. I have 2 Library games, 1 Classic & 1 Jumpgate, with Chat Tech set to None and Player/video avatar size set to Names only and I can change the Player video/avatar location to Top or Bottom and it works.

That's a different setting. Gauss and (I assume) DM Raven are talking about the ability to arbitrarily drag them to any point on the screen, not just the locked-in top or bottom.

Ah! I didn't even know that was possible.

Yes, I stream my games and I use an extra account as the "camera" for the stream.  I usually hide this player picture behind my camera, but can no longer do this in Jumpgate as it won't let me move the camera to the top-right of the screen where my camera usually is.

If you could show with screen shots what you'd like to do, I might have some alternatives for you, I think you are using the word camera to mean two different things, but that's probably confusion on my part.
