I am a casual DM and have one of my players as a custom giant race everything was fine until he reached level 4. After trying to level from level 4 he simply can't and gets stuck on building character screen. I've tried to fix this over Firefox, Chrome, etc. I tried to fix it by having his character sheet pop out in a different window and it still doesn't work. I Tried clearing my cache, nothing. I've had other players try to update it as well and it hasn't worked yet. Anyone have any ideas to try maybe?
