Using charactermancer to level causes character sheets to go blank

Hey, I've seen some people in years past have had this issue, and the fix suggested always seems to be clearing the game cache and making sure that there are no extensions or addons running. I have cleared the cache and have no addons or extensions, and this problem only arises after the character is made and one wants to level up. Using the charactermancer to make a new character seems to work totally fine. I'm kind of at a loss, and every one of my players that tried to level after our last session has had their character sheet basically bricked, does anyone have a fix?

In issues relating to character sheets, please tell what character sheet you're using. With the 2024 D&D character sheet, the level-up function of the charactermancer requires all the choices for the character to be remade once again, as part of it being patched in as a function on top of the existing features, but this behavior supposedly only occurs once for sheets created before the feature was added. If this isn't your issue, please detail the issue more.

If this isn't your issue, please detail the issue more. My bad, we're using roll20 Pathfinder 1e module and character sheets. We only generated this campaign about a month ago, and at the time I thought it was perhaps a function of my less than superior computer, but everyone in the party is having the same problem. When did the patch roll out? 

Pathfinder by Roll20? I'm not familiar with this sheet, but it shouldn't be affected by the D&D 2024 sheet charactermancer, so it's likely a different issue. But I can't see a way to use the charactermancer to level up with this sheet in the first place, only to create a level 1 character, so I can't help you more.

I play in a game using the Pathfinder 1e by Roll20 sheet, and I wasn't even aware of a character generator, much less a level up function. As far as I know that sheet has not been touched in years.
