Hello Nylon. I would be very interested in joining a game as a villain. It would be a nice break from the typical hero campaigns and I've been itching to break out some of my more evil character concepts. I consider myself more of a heavy RPer, so if your game is like that, I would love to be a part of it. That isn't to say I don't like combat, but it means little when I don't have any agency or connection to the world around me. For a bit about myself, I'm a 22 year old 3.5e veteran and a fellow DM. I prefer more jack of all trade types, but I'm perfectly fine with filling in for any role in the party or building a character that will work better with those around me. I'm a bit of a rules lawyer, but I'm pretty cool about it if you wanna make up rules for your own reasons. I'll at least be a solid encyclopedia for you at the very least. I'm not a powergamer, but I do tend to optimize my characters to a moderate degree. There are no slackers in the dungeon after all! That being said, I value RP above all, so everything I take generally has to fit my theme. I'm also pretty good about matching the party's power level. I'm not entirely certain on the character I would run yet until I learned more about your setting. I do have one other gripe and that is I do prefer DMs to put in enough effort into the campaign so that it looks polished. I don't expect a map for every encounter, every inn, every city, but it is nice to look at something besides random tokens being thrown everywhere and haphazardly drawn paint maps for everything. That's perfectly fine if this is a random encounter, but if we are going into a city, I would at least like a map of it. ;P Anyway, hope you choose me and if so, I look forward to playing with you.
