This is an issue I noticed recently in Legacy Roll20, I double left-click to open Token Settings on a monster, go to the triple dots next to one of the Token Bars and attempt to set visibility by selecting a Text Overlay and when I go to select Visible to Everyone the selection just fades and I cant do it quick enough before it fades.
