Character Vault?

I can no longer export a character from the vault to the campaigns. When I select "Add to game" it just says "no data" despite having games. Is there anything that can be done about this? I very distinctly remember I used to be able to export a character from the vault to a campaign. I have a Deathwatch TTRPG character in my vault that I was trying to recover but it won't let me select a campaign to add it to. 

Hmm. I seem to be able to select a game, provided the game's chosen character sheet matches, and it is not archived (games that have been inactive for a long time are stored in a frozen state and most be restored before they can be accessed). But, when I press the button to actually export the character, it never seems to resolve. I would suggest a  Help Center Request . EDIT: My test character was a sheet mismatch issue. A proper 2014 sheet character was able to be exported to a 2014 sheet game. Try verifying that these conditions are true.

I had been unable to esport my 2014-on-the-2024-sheet character to a friend’s game (but could to my own.) Recently I tried again and it worked!…

I'm assuming then that the problem is that I used a custom version of the Deathwatch character sheet. Oh well.  Edit: Yeah, I don't even know if it's because of the custom sheet. A lot of the characters in my vault just say "None" in relation to associated game, even characters that were made character sheets from Roll20. All I can access are my Pathfinder, D&D 5e, and Cyberpunk characters. Oh well.
