Drow, Grotesque Undead, Powerful Vampires, Ancient Dragons, Cunning Beholders, Terrifying
Mindflayers, Powerful Balors and Malevolent Dracoliches, this campaign has it
all, does your character and party have the strength and cunning to take on
these foes?
ℹ About the Adventure
After the goblin wars four years prior, the people of the
Elsir Vale are still rebuilding, and things are looking well. Lord Kerdan
Jarmaath has since the wars been crowned ruler of The Vale and has recently
sent an invite to the former heroes of the goblin wars, to help him with a
rising problem in the east of the vale. The eastern towns of the vale are being
raided by an unknown enemy, leaving behind belongings, and only mindlessly
killing the locals. Lord Kerdan wishes the former trusted heroes of the vale to
go investigate what’s attacking the eastern towns.
As the heroes investigate, they will uncover the
machinations of Irae T’sarran, a drow priestess devoted to Kiaransalee, the
goddess of undeath and vengeance. Driven by whispers from her dark deity, Irae
is planning to raise a legion of the fallen—an endless horde of revenants bound
to her will. This undead army threatens to sweep across the lands and plunge
the entire surface world into darkness.
Your adventure will take you deep into the Underdark, where
shadow and danger dwell. Along the way, you’ll encounter iconic D&D foes,
navigate political and divine intrigue, and work to thwart Irae’s apocalyptic
plans. Can you stop a horde of undead from overwhelming the material plane?
Will your party be strong and clever enough to resist the temptations and
terrors of the Underdark? Your choices will shape the future of the Elsir Vale!

Master
Greetings, adventurers! I’m a 31-year-old Dane with a deep
love of fantasy, inspired by Tolkien and the world of Critical Role . My
DM style is rooted in dynamic storytelling, ground world building, taking
influence from Matt Colville, and I love making epic moments that players will
remember for years. I prioritize player enjoyment, the “rule of cool,” and
creative problem-solving.
I put great effort into making a world that feels real for
my players, and making the experience feel like friends sitting around the
dining room table playing at home, with plenty of room for casual silliness and
a focus on the serious story elements, many of my players have gone on to form
real life friendships outside of the game as well, and with groups still
running with the same players after 4 years, I think this attests to the
quality of my games.
How I Run the Game
Tools
& Immersion : Professional maps, custom handouts, in-world
calendar, thematic music, and a visually engaging Roll20 setup. Combat
& Pacing : Fast and strategic combat that keeps everyone engaged,
alongside character-driven roleplay moments, I employ various API’s and
macros to enhance the Roll20 experience. Player
Feedback : I encourage open communication between sessions to ensure
everyone’s having fun and that the game evolves to meet player interests.
The Players We’re
Looking For
We value group chemistry and are seeking players who enjoy
teamwork, respect the narrative, and love to share the spotlight. A short
interview process helps us ensure that you’re a great fit for our team. The
theme dealing with Drow and undead is a bit on the darker side, but if you like
lord of the rings, and you like Curse of Stradh, you’d like this campaign.
Inclusivity : A welcoming, safe, and fun environment
for all, everyone is welcome at my table.
Commitment : Reliable attendance and active engagement.
Character Collaboration : Bring a character that adds to the story and
fits well with the party.
