Height and Visibility for Dynamic Lighting

Searching this topic only comes up with results from years ago so I thought I'd freshen it up. There's a Foundry module that does this, BTW, but I'm a die-hard Roll20 user and I desperately want this: Make height a factor in what individual tokens can see when using dynamic lighting. For example, maybe one character can fly and is high enough to see what's on a balcony as well as the entirety of the floor below. They're not actually on the balcony, so using a one-way dynamic lighting barrier does not work in this case. There are plenty of other situations where this kind of thing is an issue. Thank you, JW
