Took a look at it, wow, that is an old module. So many things that are done differently these days. In any case here's what's going on: Spoilers for a minor potential adversary in Rise of the Runelords The reason that the link goes no where is that there is no character sheet for Lorgus Fenker. He is in fact a spectre, so you can just pull a generic spectre out of the compendium and link his token to it. I can only guess at what might have happened so long ago, but my suspicion is that there was confusion at the time whether this was an NPC or a generic Monster with a specific token. Somewhere in this decision making process, dragging in a spectre and setting up the token was likely overlooked. This suspicion is strengthened by the fact that there is no token for him on the token page. You can file a Help Center Request and submit that issue. It will go into a queue for that module for when it is next updated. No idea when that might be, but creating the ticket will ensure that when it does happen, this will be fixed. After you have updated the token, you can edit the handout to read: The last Black Arrow buried here was a bitter, brutal man named Lorgus Fenker (a [Spectre] ). When you save the document ,"[Spectre]" will become a proper link to the sheet.
