Add new type of Dynamic Lighting Barrier

I would love a feature where you can obstruct vision only  without having to obstruct travel . So for like, an illusionary wall or a fog cloud. I know you can turn off dynamic lighting restricting movement, but I would like a type of line where that is just how it always works, if that makes sense. If this is something you can already do and I'm just an idiot, please tell me
