[18+][LGBTQ+][Sundays 6pm EST] Looking for a player for streamed game!

We’re a group of 4 players and a DM looking to add one more player to our Sunday night D&D 5e game. We meet weekly at 6 PM EST and plan to stream the sessions (audio only). Our campaign mixes comedy, roleplay, and mystery with some serious moments, so we’re looking for someone who enjoys a similar style. What we’re looking for in a player: Reliability : Available consistently on Sundays at 6 PM EST. Roleplay & Engagement : Eager to dive into character, contribute to the story, and enjoy both the fun and the drama of the game. I am interested  I been playing DnD since 2020 but I haven’t play a lot of games I have lots of ideas for multiple types of creative characters that I want to play from the multiple choices from DnD beyond  I hope to hear back soon!

Hi There! Vaughn/Bunz here. I've been playing dnd off and on since I was in highschool in the late 90's I played the most with 2nd edition 4 or so years, a couple of years experience playing 3/3.5ed and lately I've had about a years experience playing 5ed with my regular group.  They all want to go off and play the home brew that was developed over the years and I wanted to get back to D&D itself. They also preferred to play dnd in a narrative style and i preferred RP, I hope I'm able to find a voice for the character and I'm open to suggestions. I do love a game that is enjoyable on all levels, the RP having elements of comedy is right up my ally. I have an idea for a character I'd like to play, and will go into detail if you'd like, but to give you a summary. He's an out of place Summer Eladrin A Path of Wild Magic Barbarian that brings on his rage though the pure excitement and joy in the fight. He's often getting into trouble by doing the right thing for his friends, he makes close friends and is looking for a new family that he can come to rely upon. Outside the game, I'm 42(he/him), live in a pretty rural place so i get to go out in nature a lot with my dog, I paint and sculpt in my free time, and love making fantasy maps and building a story from the map up as a fun challenge, but they all just shoved into the back of a book until I run my own game. Let me know if you have any specific questions for me, I'd love to know more about the game so far, or would it be better to keep it a mystery?
