Players cannot see their own token's HP value on the Bar1, but other players can

This is odd. HP is tied to Bar 1 from the character sheet (5E D&D 2014). If the player edits their current HP on either the token or their character sheet, the current HP is correct but the green bar (Bar 1) still shows full HP (max HP for that character) to them (what they see on the tabletop.  YET, everyone ELSE sees the real value and a smaller green bar (aka sees the damage). Totally weird. FYI, As the DM I see everything fine, my own tokens, the players tokens, etc.  It's only players who experience this issue, and only for their own token.

It sometimes bugs out, refreshing the page clears it whenever I have that issue.

This doesn't seem to work (or work consistently) for my players.

If it is the bug I am thinking it is a visual bug  that is most easily fixed by copy/pasting the token. 

Yeah, my group still has this bug.  Really is a pain that tokens do not update over several maps.  Its 2024.  I had this functionality in Klooge Werks back in the day and it worked fine.  Why has Roll 20 still not addressed this.  Surely a VTT nowadays should be able to keep track of hit points!.

Hi Tariff,  Tokens not updating over several maps sounds like one of the other token bugs and not the bug the OP is describing. Have you re-set up the token? That is the solution for the bug you are describing.

Since they introduced lazy loading (or whatever ist was called back than), you need to open the character sheet there on the new map first I believe it was for the token to be updated... Just because resources are only loaded if needed... BUT that interferes with auto-updating tokens... did back than, still does today...
