Asset Pack Not Loading

So, I purchased an asset pack from Venatus Maps and it has over 2,000 assets in it. Whenever I open the pack it just loads forever and never opens. It worked at one point, but it hasn't for a while. Clearing my browser cache, changing browsers, etc. doesn't work. All my other packs load just fine. Both Jumpgate and the base Roll20 don't work either. I know I can just download the maps, but that's a lot more work. Any ideas? Note: I did contact the artist and they suggested everything I've already tested.

It took me a number of attempts but eventually I was able to load it using the key phrase "city-map-assets" (without quotes). You might try setting the dropdown selector to Maps rather than Everything.

Thanks for your help! I've been having to download the assets I need and placing them into the game. This works too, but on a free account, storage is limited. Thank you again!

As long as you are dragging from the Art Library into the game, you should not be using any of your personal storage. Only when you download to your computer and re-upload will take up your quota.

However, the original method to get the files was to download them and put them back into Roll20 since the file in the browser would not open. It's my only asset pack that never loads in-game. However, as Guass said, you can simply "search" the asset pack and get the files that way, without costing you storage.
