Decks Missing After Game Copied

As the title said, all of my decks are missing in a copied game; literally everything else transferred just fine, but all the decks, Roll20 defaults included, are gone and there is no way to at least start fresh with the default deck as a convenient base. I saw a similar issue listed in another thread, but the consensus seemed to be "Manually find images of every single card, upload them all as images in your limited data storage library, put them all in a new default deck one by one, and try not to rip your teeth out halfway through from the tedium". That's already bad, but there doesn't seem to be anywhere to find a pre-made file pack with all of Roll20's cards ready to go. So, a few questions and a suggestion for the Roll20 devs... Why do only decks fail to copy over when copying a game? Does anyone know where to find a free, safe file pack that contains a standard playing deck with plain art? This would cut down on a significant chunk of time and tedium. Roll20 devs, please add a one-click button to just drop a new default deck or safety deck in with all the default cards ready to go; it seems like such a core, basic feature that I'm not sure why it wasn't implemented at the same time as when cards were originally added.

The "Copy Game" feature has a Checkmark option for Decks. If it's unchecked then the Decks won't be in the Copy. I just did a test Copy Game with 19 Decks and it worked normally, as expected. With a Roll20 Subscription you can use the Transmogrify feature to Copy Decks (any deck including the default), from any game, into any other game. Good news, the Safety Deck cards that you asked for being able to add Free --- you can add those for free. https://marketplace.roll20.net/browse/search?keywords=safety Roll20 Marketplace also sells lots of Decks including traditional playing card decks for a very low cost, if you buy from Marketplace it's easy to add to your game as an Add-On. https://marketplace.roll20.net/browse/search?category=Board%20%26%20Card%20Games:Card%20Decks&sortby=popular
No such option (or any option) was present when copying. Is that exclusive to subscribed accounts?

Winter said: No such option (or any option) was present when copying. Is that exclusive to subscribed accounts? No, it should be there. What web browser are you using? Try it in Chrome or Firefox with all Browser Extensions turned off. I just tested it again in multiple configurations, works every time for me. Tested in a Free account on both Jumpgate and Classic Roll20 VTT, with both the original default Card Decks and a Custom Card deck and a Card Deck from an Addon product. All of them copied normally as expected.
I tried copying the game again, same browser, same extensions, etc. Instead of instantly copying the game, it brought me to a page with a bunch of toggle options and such. No idea why it skipped this entire portion of the process the first time around; I did nothing different the second time. The decks made it in this time, but so did the chat which I told it NOT to import; thankfully, that is easy to clear out.
